Change within reach.

If you are grappling with change and longing for support, clarity - and a sense of reverence for the turns your life is taking - you are in the right place.

My client-centered decluttering services will help you honor your past, shed what no longer serves you and confidently ride out to meet your future - without the guilt, overwhelm and exhaustion of tackling it alone.

Whether your transition is rooted in the grief of goodbye or the thrill of hello, the actual steps to move from where you are to where you want to be can be daunting. With overtaxed bandwidth and time, engaging with the minutia is anywhere from a drag to paralyzing - and transitions that could be transformative portals become ‘who gives a sh*t’ tasks to check off a never ending to-do list.

With Unburdened Spaces, you have permission - no matter how highly competent you are - to lay down the burden of self-reliance and “I’ll figure it out.” Together we can reclaim your sanity and your space - to put you back in the driver’s seat of your life. While finding some joy and purpose to the whole thing along the way!

My Services

  • A person riding a horse on a wooden pathway in a natural landscape at night, with a full moon, a flying dolphin, a butterfly, and some miscellaneous objects in the sky.

    DIY Action Plan

Turn the overwhelm in your head into an actionable plan. Brick by brick, we’ll begin dismantling the wall in front of you and create a clear, walkable path forward.

Together, we’ll spend two hours in your home or online getting clear on your goals, identifying what’s standing in the way, and creating a step-by-step guide to help you declutter your space.

You’ll also receive one month of text or voice message support for those moments when you need practical guidance, encouragement, or a steady presence along the way.

  • A pink house with children sitting on a ledge near the window, surrounded by flowers and butterflies in a colorful sky setting.

    Single Sessions

This single decluttering session is designed for busy people who can't commit to a full program.

Perfect for focused areas like an office, closet, paperwork, kids' toys, or the room that's become a catch-all—or as a supportive jump start for those who want to continue decluttering on their own. Together, we'll sort through what's there, make thoughtful decisions about what stays and what goes, and create simple systems that make the space easier to use.

You'll leave with a project that's no longer hanging over your head, a clear sense of where to start next, less overwhelm, and the confidence to make decisions without getting stuck.

  • Miniature figures of two people carrying a paper airplane, and a person on a ladder holding a pink jellyfish, all set among large white flowers with a pink moon in the sky.

    Multi-Session Packages

For those ready to transform their relationship with their home — and make space for the next chapter of their lives.

These packages are a deep, supportive decluttering journey for people ready to release not only the clutter, but the roles, expectations, and responsibilities attached to it.

Together, we’ll create a home that supports the human you are. Ideal for whole-home overhauls, life transitions, and anyone seeking practical guidance, emotional support, and a grounded partner for real, sustainable change.

This is for you if…

You’re tired of constantly cleaning, only for the mess to return. You shuffle things around, because nothing has a true home. You feel overwhelmed by the clutter–like it’s draining your energy and making your space feel tight and unwelcoming.

You want to let go of items, but guilt or uncertainty keeps you stuck. And you’re feeling like your house is always silently nagging you to do more.

What if you could breathe easier, feel emotionally supported as you let go, and have a home that truly reflects who you are—without the weight of the past?

You know you have better things to do with your life than spend it managing stuff or feeling tied down. Decluttering frees you to place your focus where it’s actually meant to go.

My Philosophy

Decluttering isn’t about minimalism, and it’s not about perfection. Hidden within the things you don’t need, or the gifts you don’t like, is the freedom to live your own values and be your true self. At its heart, decluttering is about letting go of the false beliefs and distractions that keep you playing by someone else’s rules, in someone else’s game.

The things we keep (and the reasons we keep them) tell a story—about our fears, our hopes, our families, and our beliefs. Some of those things support us. Some drain us. And some are just taking up space because we’ve been too tired or too busy to ask, “Why am I really holding onto this?”

I believe it’s possible to live in a home that makes you feel truly alive—a space that holds the softest parts of you with care, while delighting your spirit, reflecting your creativity, and sparking your inspiration.

This may sound optimistic or indulgent, but the truth is: these are the conditions in which humans thrive. And right now, the world needs thriving humans—humans who can show up for the joys and struggles, the hard work and the delight of being alive in this place, at this time.

What becomes possible for you when your resources are no longer drained by futile tasks, and your capacity no longer clogged by distractions and overwhelm?

I, for one, can’t wait to find out.
